Yoo we got the same issue the other day we visited this outleted. When we let them know about the situation they told some bs like it's something related to the bone marrow and it's normal. I'm not buying into that❌

1. The less weird things that stick out when you are fundraising, the better. The norm is a C-Corp. LLCs aren't the end of the world, but it sticks out rather than not. Up to you if that's worth it for some reason.

2. Stripe Atlas does a pretty good job if you have a basic understanding of the law. If you don't, that's fine too, but definitely look things up when you aren't sure of something. Don't assume that any terms you see are using the same definitions you use in everyday life. Some of them are specific legal terms. Look them up.
