Front wheels generally get hotter and pressure and temperature will go up after a period of driving, that is normal, but if your default pressure is 32 and it went up to 45 then it's a bit too high of variation , are you sure the manufacturer recommended pressure is 32? If it's higher maintain a bit higher , under inflation causes tyre temperature to go excessively. Another reason could be alignment issues causing excessive friction and tyre wear leading to higher temperature. Every tyre has a max pressure rating ensure you are not closing into that range when they tyres are hot
