Bike prices in pune

I am planning to purchase a bike(Honda cb350 hness) in Pune with BH number. I visited multiple honda showrooms. Each one has their specific things that you need to purchase with no option for owner. 1. Standard fittings - with no option to deny why? 2. I asked for BH number - they are asking for 5-6k which is nowhere the price for this bike registration. As per the formula given by government the ideal BH number cost should be near about 2k 3. Extended warranty - I don't need this why are you forcing me to buy? 4. Others - idk what are these charges. When I enquired they are saying this is for RSA and fitting cost. Wtf man if one wants to buy only the bike without this extra shit there is no option. Either you purchase all this or nothing wow. What kind of freedom is this?
