Option 1:
Several places in Delhi NCR, Street coblers make custom shoes. Ask your local cobbler, he might know someone. They take size of your feet and make accordingly as the standard shoes have identical left and right but our feet are not exact identical. Costs you around 1000-1200.

Option 2:
Bata formal shoes with one size larger than your regular and tight it up with your laces. Costs you around 1200-1500 rs. and premium options available in Bata if you want to spend more.

P.S.: Don't buy shoes from leather product manufacturers but buy it from Shoe manufacturers. You're not buying leather, you're buying shoes.
