How cohesive is India as a country?
I’d say India is largely cohesive barring a few isolated incidents that might be found in almost every nation. India, being a land of multitudes, has a lot of diversity so the language isn’t exactly a binding factor apart from states in the North. However, religion is definitely a factor since a large populace follows Hinduism. While the regional (or state) identity is still rampant, I believe deep down every person identifies as an Indian.
Also, it is quite interesting to see how similar the past and cultural trends have been between India and China. -

Kurla East, Sion are good areas. Consider 30 mins of travel regardless of which location you pick. Flat and Flatmates on Facebook is a good place, you’ll end up finding broker numbers from there too. Try to see if you can find people who work at your new firm on LinkedIn, connect with them, let them know you’ll be moving and would appreciate any contacts if they have it. -

Media just serves what ret*rds want
there is a bigger issue that's relevant to this conversation- many educational institutes are run by politicians and builders (idk i read a article saying about 90 percent or something). Given how many out there are actual criminals it's no wonder state of our education is so bad.
I don't think anything will change in india just because of this one factor. we'll keep discussing how bad our education system and the staff running the colleges are but despite the protests and media traction, nothing will move beyond that. Hopefully though the college staff and management gets some senses on how to handle their colleges if not revamp the entire system. -
Big conspiracy with National educational policy 2020 and the three language policy
I firmly believe this entire dumbfuck rhetoric created by north Indian politicians as they and their ppl are super illiterates in the usage of English as a language per se.. They always use single language policy where they will learn only hindi and hindi alone.
Forget about normal places, even in corporate office settings, these north hindians often talk in shitty hindi only, and only the Tamil ppl usually start to oppose their stupidly and immediately their ego would get butt hurt and they'll tell only YOU Tamil ppl are always a menace and whatnot.
Sadly, even other south Indians like telugu and mallu ppl harly ever oppose this but there's some respite from Kannadiga ppl these days i could see.
This is an unending fact which needs to be stopped no matter what.
I myself studied hindi and let me tell you it's the biggest scam which my dumb parents fell onto. It's literally of no use for me, as i was mostly in Tamilnadu and in the US for some time and then in Bengaluru. Even in bgl i learnt some basic kannada which was not tough at all and trust me it was the best thing I've did, also thereby earned great Kannadiga friends on the process as well.
Now just think what would be the benefits which I've gotten out of Hindi here...
Tldr:
From my own experience: Learning hindi is an utter bullshit waste of time and literally no use of it, unless you gonna sell pani puri or bed sheets in the streets. -

A fired national park ranger lost his dream job. He says the public is losing more
Absolutely heart-breaking. Park rangers are the best of us, not working for personal enrichment but simply for the love of the natural world and sharing that love with others. This is Trumps world, a world of greed, selfishness, disrespect and envy. -
Bhimashankar stay
There were places near the temple's entrance. So yes, you will be able to freshen up. Also, try to go during week days (if possible) and be ready to stand in queue for longer hours. One of the guys I know stood there for 7 hours. If you can do it quickly, you should trek to "secret bhimashankar", it's fun.
One of my friends reserved a car and started the journey at 3.30 am in the morning. He got the darshan in 5 minutes. If possible, try to make such arrangements. Leave from Mumbai in the evening, book a cab from Pune to Bhimashankar which starts as early as possible.
All the best! Feel free to ask anything. -
30k Salary in gurgaon
Bro relax. You're just 25. There are tens of millions of Indians who don't have jobs even in their 30s, and are living off their parents.
You are NOT one of them.
It's hard to survive on 30k, but it's a good start. Try to focus on your skills and grow in your career.
Don't be ashamed to take parents help for one off expenses such as medicines or doc. But try to manage your regular day-to-day expenses with your own salary.
Biggest expense for someone is rent, try to minimize it as much as you can. Live in a shared room if you can. Living below your means is a life skill, that build discipline and resilience and will last you your whole life.
You ask for suggestions to save money, for that you need to share your break-up of monthly expenses, otherwise this is just a guessing game. -
30k Salary in gurgaon
Stop trying to save. Invest in yourself. Ask for money from parents, probably a lac or so. The aim should be to buy back max of your time so you can invest it in yourself. Study hard. Leave the manager pressure on him only. Stay polite but say no to extra work. You aren't gonna grow anything at a place paying 30k.
Asking for money should not be a problem if you're sure you'll give returns within 3-6 months. That's the whole point of loans.
Don't hesitate to trust in yourself and work hard. Take care of your health meanwhile. Just do enough to maintain your job. Sooner or later you'll have to leave. If things don't change in a year, consider going back to your hometown and continue your struggle there. Don't let a "break" be on your resume though. Figure it out how (Paid leaves are still leaves for you). -
What job would you have if money didn't matter ?
