If you are starting a YouTUbe Channel, and are looking at it like a potential business, as in you want to grow it, tyou want to make money from it ,and you hope to profit from it, and you run it like a business, then Yes, your YouTube Channel is a 'start up'.

On the other hand, if your channel is just for fun or just a hobby and you have no desire to treat it like a business then No, it is not a 'start up'. It's just a fun hobby you enjoy doing.

But in India, if there's a gap of even 1ft between 2 cars, you can damn well be sure that a pedestrian, two wheeler, or auto is gonna try and barge in. And that leads to the entire lane getting stalled.
