Hey Dig, you are most likely correct in your assumptions. But the first step to solving any problem is first identifying it, which you have done - so you are already most of the way there. Now that the problem is identified, it is 100% within your ability to create a solution around it. The mistake I see many make is trying to bulldoze *through* the problem instead of solving *with* it.

In my case I decided to take a quantitative approach to the market. If the market is manipulated and algorithmed to the point where a human can no longer compete, then a quantitative analysis will capture the effects of that... and now we have data that can be utilized to create a strategy upon. Take all that you've stated into account in the form of data, and build a strategy that can make money in that same space.

I've been doing it for about 3 years now and it has worked out pretty well.
