As a PhD student myself, I would suggest limiting or cutting interactions with toxic people as much as possible. Also since you are a PhD, I believe you will be getting paid. Dedicate a small portion of that salary to therapy/counseling to talk about your problems.

Also, are you working under your uncle? That sounds highly unprofessional and might look bad on your CV. I don't know what your field is but even in highly publishing fields, I don't think an average person is able to publish 6-7 fist/second author papers. So I would be wary about these toxic expectations.
