if you havent had any recent tragedy or have a lot trauma, yoga, social media detox and eating plain and healthy food helped me.


in the beginning try cutting your social media consumption to half and use that time somewhere else, use for gardening, walking my pet, or exercise in general, I tried book reading but failed.

eating plain food (no junk or too much flavours) also help in cleaning body and cleaning mind.

Yoga and meditation will also help your body and mind.


but if its some old deep trauma then consult a doctor, but if its just work/school strees try what i said. hopefully it will help.



if you are a teenager, writing whatever you are feeling also helped in in teenage, it helped me understand and process my feeling better.
