Hi bro, i am also 26YO and being at this age i understand how does it feel when you loose your hard earned money.
As i have also lost almost 60k + in f&O, bro trust me leaving F&O is the only option.

I’m also in the same phase as you. Lost 1.4 lakhs within six months. In December I managed to earn ₹32,000 within three weeks. My trading capital was initially ₹40,000 later bumped up to ₹60,000. From 60k to 92k the journey was nothing less than a roller coaster ride. A single candle led to either 20k gain or 15k loss. In fee of the trades, got profits of even 40k but lost most of them due to greed. Now I’m saving up some cash and going to Invest in the US market and Indian Mutual Funds. I’m currently 20 years old but I’m studying the market for the past three years. Got into investing in 2023. Earned good returns due to the AI boom. Sold them in November just before US election results. Going to reinvest in February. Let’s see how does this work.
