Yes the dialogues were not that impressve. I felt the acting was nice overall. They had to show the action scenes like that because it was ganimi kawa (guerilla warfare) and they showed us that Maharaj using various weapons implying the fact that he was expert in martial and weaponry.

The chemistry between the two was good, not bad at all, and yes there were few side characters who's character arc was neglected but the main characters were not ignored in that part. The little sambhaji was the part of character development, the dialogs between him and his wife were character development, he trying to communicate with his mom makes sense because he has only been in his father's shadow literally and figuratively because he is trying to get answers in his vulnerable moments and his father is always guiding him.

It was not lazily made the shots were incredible, the camera work was nice, direction was nice. I know they would have made far better movie however they would have required at least 3 movies to show all of his greatness and valor.
