Insurance has become a well-organised legal way to scam people since a decade. Be it automobile, humans or any other variant Policy holders are at mercy of the organization who have 100 ways to deny claims so that they'll mint money.

Ideally insurance companies shud function like NGOs to help people during tough times but they are listed in stock markets making forecasts of higher operating income like a dirty capitalist business!

Looks like the insiders now doing "chor ke paas se thori chori karlo". If they get caught they can reveal more dirty secrets of the healthcare system. But it might not be published to avoid the collapse of a system/policy.
