Smoking is just smoke. My stomach doesn't get full nor is it tasty. So never interested me. And already staying in a city, I have enough pollution, why make it worse.

I started drinking (social drinking) when I started working. Till then none of the peer pressure to drink worked, cz my parents wouldn't like it. Drinking was seen as bad. Recently realised my dad don't really care. But I have stopped drinking as I never really enjoyed it. The taste I didn't like. I would rather enjoy the moment in my senses than having buzz in my head.

Isn't having Tamil Nadu as an exception what the central government is already doing with the 3 language policy?

The current row is not over whether Tamil Nadu should receive funds to compensate for not being part of [Samagra Shiksha](https://samagra.education.gov.in/), the education program of the Hindi states.

Basically it is a row over who should pay for the inefficiency of having an inconsistent school system. The central government or the state that wants to be an exception.

Not whether states have the right to be an exception.
