Meet Mr. Bablu who used to be CPI-M District Secretary in Bengal and is now a construction site worker in Kerala
It talks about somewhat old left parties where such person could become district secretary and not made much money.
The party is not the same. Less said other parties the better -

Pune a hotbed of traffic offenders
Very true. I have to take the Sinhgad road everyday while being there, making the right turn I see this everyday. No one is following the signals and most people go when it's red and stop when it's green. Then I also have to go when there's majority of the people going.
Seems stupid.
Also, many times, I would be the only one following the signals. Like I'll wait till I have it green and even when I go only when it's green, some idiot will not follow his and I'll still be very close to getting into an accident.
The other day, I saw that the signal is red and stopped, while everyone behind seemed to be going at the same pace or even speeding up, that is when I realized no one is gonna stop and sped up so as to not be rear ended into.
It's pathetic but can't do anything. -
Observation about Assam
Tinsukia is mini Bihar
Guwahati is dominated by marwaris. Even the locals fear Biharis in tinsukia. The OP is right assam doesn't feel North East it feels like cocktail of west bengal and bihari. -

It Seems TVS Ronin 2025 Already Reached Showrooms?
I'm thinking about getting the mid variant 2025 Ronin or CB350RS base.
Can't decide between the two, what are your thoughts? -
Is hiring someone to do our SEO even worth it?
Answering your questions.
1. SEO isn’t something you can just learn by watching a couple of YouTube videos. It’s all about A/B testing.
2. I wouldn’t recommend doing SEO for your own site because, as I said, it’s all about hands-on experience, and you definitely don’t want to start experimenting on your own site.
3. Your project doesn’t require an agency. You can get it done by a freelancer—it’ll be cheaper, and more importantly, you’ll know exactly who’s working on your site. Agencies usually outsource the work anyway.
I work as a freelance local SEO guy and have ranked multiple roofing companies in the U.S. over the past year. My rates are flexible and wayyyy lower than an agency since I don’t have overhead costs. If you’ve got any more questions, feel free to slide into my DMs. -
Guess the bike (wrong answer only)

How do you see Brand Identity on your Startups? I will not promote
Great question! We’ve all been told that branding = visuals, and that looks matter, right? Well… kind of.
What if I told you the startups that win investors and customers the fastest don’t start with visuals at all?
What if I told you there are 7 key elements that make branding effective—and visuals come last?
In my 13+ years working with startups (some of which raised funding in Europe and Silicon Valley) as a designer and brand & product manager, I’ve seen a clear pattern: the ones that get clear on their positioning, messaging, and brand personality etc. first and then align their visuals accordingly and consistently tend to have a way easier time pitching, selling, and standing out.
Another thing to take into account: branding happens whether you do it intentionally or not. Every interaction, every message, every touchpoint is shaping how people perceive your business. So you might as well do it on purpose.
And no, you don’t need a big agency or a massive budget. A Minimum Viable Brand (MVB)—just a solid foundation to make your brand clear and compelling—is enough to start.
I’m curious, what prompted you question? -
How do you engine brake safely on bikes without slipper clutch?
Bike looks sick bro ❤️ yeah I use engine breaking always on highway and in city if it's not too busy and if can achieve decent speed
