You seem to have TWO problems here:

1) The MIL is being toxic to you and is constantly brainwashing her son, thereby driving a ridge between both of you.

2) Consequently your husband (who btw is a classic mama's boy) has lost interest in you/takes you for granted.

The way ahead for you will become clear with this. Just ask this question and wait for his response:

'I'm facing XYZ issues in this home. Please let's just stay separate (close to your family)'

Now, if he still continues to ignores your problems and asks/expects you to make adjustments, then for sure its NEVER getting better.

BUT if he agrees to move out for your sake...well then you know he cares enough for you.

But in Madhya Pradesh and some places Hindi is allowed in High Courts.

Most definitely True that Telugus are facing issues in Higher Courts because of this.

Not sure what can be done about this but making proceedings accessible in Telugu and having all judges mandatorily understand Telugu would be a start.

Lots of people in the thread blaming the voters. Looks like no one has learned anything. Democrats held people hostage with their "vote for us, we offer nothing! Middle class is not decided on what you earn. It is about the passive incomes, that makes one truly high or middle class. Passive incomes like rents, dividends, interest, royalties,franchise fees truly makes one high/upper class. That gives you the freedom from the pressure of monthly bills and rent, let you pursue your interest and passion like arts, entrepreneurship, technology etc. if your only stream of income is just salary, no matter how much you earn, you're a middle class.
