Two mistakes from the car guy
1. Driving too fast with headlight beam level set at lowest distance (probably 3)
2. Not slowing down when high beam vehicle turns up.

This could’ve been avoided if

Just slow down as soon as you see a vehicle with high beam.

Use LED lights. The era of halogen is over honestly and it won’t help in long range. I feel the car guy could’ve avoided crashing into the barricade if he had atleast 120W of LED lights.
