Well if you are really serious about making friends, you can identify some core activities you are willing to spend time on. There are a lot of activities that can help you meet new people, the most common is joining a gym. Going on trekking events or biking groups. There are even raisin art, pottery making, etc. events happening in the city every weekend. They are a good way to meet new people and find the right person you can vibe with.
There is also the option to be a volunteer with a NGO if that’s your thing or be a part of a sports group.
Totally depends on the amount of time you have to spend on these activities so you can find your crowd.

The problem is not with the city but you not wanting to get out of your comfort zone and meet new people. People leave for better things, that’s a part of life. But it’s on you to dust yourself off and find new ones.

People don't defend billionaires because they worship the rich, but because they see the bigger picture - billionaires create jobs, drive industries and build products everyone relies on. Isn't it hypocrisy when people who enjoyed free Jio for over a year now cry about Ambani's wealth while still using his network?

In one of the other posts, someone was talking about redistribution of billionaires' wealth without realizing that it isn’t just sitting in a vault - it’s tied up in businesses. The same business that will go bankrupt when you redistribute the wealth and lots of people will lose their jobs.

People just want the benefits without acknowledging who made them possible.
