Most of it is price related. They, and maybe not incorrectly, view Apple hardware as overpriced given its actual specifications. I’d generally say that they’re not wrong, but I’ve also had my MacBook outlast several PC laptops. They’re definitely well built. That said, they definitely do charge significantly more for memory and disk space per gb than anyone else. The price issue is purely individual preference.

Others will talk about walled gardens. That falls a little short for me on the Mac end because MacOS doesn’t really care what you run on it and you’re not required to get things from the App Store. On mobile devices I absolutely agree with this argument.

I don’t find a lot of complaints about technical issues though. Like most modern operating systems it pretty much works out of the box and doesn’t get in the way of itself.

Tell you what, pre Covid times. I’ve gone about 270 something days, without any break, spotting a man peeing EVERY SINGLE DAY! It’s just ridiculous. Now I’ve Saturdays off and don’t go out much on Sundays, but still my day remains incomplete without spotting a man peeing somewhere in public! 😑

I understand your point, but rejecting that proposal would be assuming that your partner did not provide value beyond the 8k. That is, your time and knowledge also have value. You might ask yourself, how much would I have charged to do that work for a company?

It's trendy to hate macOS because the devices are deemed overpriced for what they are. The only issue there is that they don't factor the numerous reasons that can justify the price compared to competitors:

* Software (operating system) and hardware (chassis and it's components) designed specifically for one another
* Seamless integration/hand-off/continuity between different devices
* Much, much longer support (updates) for older versions of Apple devices (compared to, say, Android)
* More refined and pleasant UE/UX
* Better build quality with a more premium feel than competitors
* Resale value of Apple devices is typically much higher than that of competitors

Are there negatives? Yes, of course but the same applies to Windows and Android devices as well. It's a matter of picking and choosing which pros-to-cons balance is more your cup of tea ☕️

Modi's interviews/ talks often seem centered on personal branding & anecdotal storytelling, almost resembling preaching. He should shift the focus toward discussing policies, addressing economic issues and providing detailed insights into the policies already implemented. He's already popular, still he talks more about himself.

And for those who argue that these questions are asked by the interviewer and question why Modi is being blamed, let me clarify: the entire interview was scripted, just like the previous ones.
