In the meantime, if you aren’t technical but want to be, do The Odin Project and Free Code Camp, they aren’t going to teach you to be an AI/ML developer, but they’ll give you a good technical base to learn other technical things, and they’ll help you build the front-end. It’s unlikely you’re building anything that existing AI can’t already do, so your focus is going to be on prompt engineering and front end design anyways.

Because our tenancy laws suck. If it was easy to do a credit or background check, landlords would find it easier to rent to tenants.

Families can be messier or uglier than bachelors. But our laws suck - they help neither the landlords nor tenants. In case of any issue, its difficult for either the tenant or the landlord to vacate or get legal recourse like in the West.

So, they resort to other indicators- families would he more trustworthy than bachelors.

I don't know much about history but one could clearly note the difference between the number of govt medical colleges, universities, highways etc that existed between Andhra and Telangana side. Andhra people in general appear to be so much more rich than Telangana. It was clear that Telangana regions were being held back at the cost of Andhra. It's not a violent partition, we can still co-operate and be friends.
