I've worked their previously, and for me and my fellow friends that I made over there, we all had a shitty time. Many times they would call us on Sundays with no pay for those extra shifts. Sometime we were told to stay late to do extra data entry. I went there just to kill time and the salary was 6.5k for me because I was a bit quick in typing and had a bit knowledge of English but many people who have been employed before my time were getting 5k which sounded a bit disheartening because many of them were working there to run their family's bread and butter. They could ask you to switch processes in a snap. Our manager would lash out and shout at us at the end of the day if we were just a little short on our targets, and fire someone just because they were having a little laugh and not disturbing anyone. Usually the soft-hearted girls would cry once in a week because of that manager. The only good thing I got and still have from ILeads is a small bunch of good and cooperative friends. I would not really recommend anyone to work for them but it's your call, so better make the right decision considering your condition brother. ✌️
