Har bar yeh chutyapa dekh dekh dimag ghum jaata hai. All of India, the rich of the rich were buying tickets in black close to 30-40-50K for both the worldcup final and this stupid concert. Ahmedabad people weren't given priority to buy locally. It was available for crazy lines on BMS website. Lots of NRIs, rich kids, insta crowd is what were buying those, or if failed, buying in black.

The hotels are full with overpriced fares. Ahmedabad crowd does not rent those hotel rooms. The flights were fully booked. Ahmedabad crowd does not need to fly in to Ahmedabad.

How is this hard to understand?

Since client work is billed monthly I don’t often think about it on a weekly basis, but a monthly basis. I sell clients a certain amount of “monthly” hours. So on a monthly basis if all equal you’d be looking at 10 hours each on a 40 hour work week/160 hour month.

That seems on the low side to me. My minimum is close to around 15 hours a month per client to get the work done I need for success, but really depends on the scope of the client, and how much hands-on work you do vs what tasks might be outsourced to a VA or other service provider.

I’d personally never want to manage 15 clients. I’d max out at 6. You’re better off raising your prices than getting a bunch of cheaper clients.
