yeah turns out I had severe sleep apnea from recessed jaws for all my life. A sign in hindsight was I slept terrible for many years which I always attributed to anxiety.

Although with good sleep hygiene I slept perfectly through the night in recent years, so how could I have known. At some point I though I just have CFS due to some mysterious reason.
