if u save and confirm, then it is saved. and if u want to change it, u can change anytime you want. but i think the longer time u open the window without any activity it may ask u to login again. but most probably should be able to do. if in case it shows the popup like "The page is not responding" just click wait until you see the popup message showing "Alert": "saved successfully".
