I’d say in order to learn from the scratch you should learn how to read and write Punjabi as well then it will all be darn easy. Otherwise watching Punjabi movies and conversing with your fellow Punjabi students will help you to get good grasp on the language.

I'm so tired of this overly exaggerated fake ass pseudo-patriotism.

Different pov from owners pov - wanted the house vacated for some work. 3 months' notice was up. He talked about how others 'adviced' him to stay till the agreement time is over and just started yelling when I told him he was supposed to pay rent after the notice period. The house was in a terrible state.

We always talk about tenants' trauma, but owning a property is and profiting from it is nearly impossible these days.
