None of them. Sit and talk with your parents or loved ones. Discuss on future, your emotions, stress, aspirations etc. First its free and second, they don't ask for donation. Also you get hugs and teas free.

I am someone who lends money to friends.

I understand that sometimes people will not be able to pay back the money and I'm not a bank which has to repaid on time, and I'm more than happy to give them more time, or pay back whenever they can. But there are people who has borrowed and don't even have the intention of paying it back like ever.

I cut contacts and move on. I don't have much to lose by letting go of people like that from my life. Money can always be made. Having scummy friends is not going to bring you up, rather bring you down to their levels.

She's a big red flag , ideally U should divorce her but given the laws in India you'll be screwed badly. You'll be asked to pay her compensation, alimony and she'll obviously file false dowry, domestic violence, unnatural sex type of cases. In many cases they also file molestation cases in the husband's father etc. to get a good settlement amount.

So try to talk to her, go for a couple's counselling or something and try to resolve this amicably as men don't have the option of divorce in India.
