I was diagnosed with astigmatism. I have been using transition eyewear for a year now. Gen 6. Quite expensive but almost immediately cut my migraines due to sun exposure to a minimum. I also wear polarized sunglasses when I drive. For screens i converted my mobile screen to greyscale which helped a lot and pulled down brightness of laptop and dulled the colours using colour filter settings. Now almost fully migraine free.

Food also helps. Intermittent fasting and reduced consumption of sugar.

You know the time these shows were aired , romanticizing these things were normal and it remains till date. Which is why it is fiction.

i mean i am sure I am going to hate him. but that does make him an interesting contestant. he seems too full of himself and thinks he is very intellectual for some reason. but his dishes are good though. When MCC started, i thought he might be witty like KV but I guess KV had raised my expectations.
