On that note, I think you should consider therapy/psychiatrist. It will help you navigate some of your feelings. I only say this because the inability to get out of bed and even want to brush could be a sign of depression.

If that isn't an option, you can try journaling. It really helps to put your thoughts onto a paper. Write down whatever you feel and do it whenever you feel overwhelmed by your emotions. It will make you feel a little lighter.
