Learn verbs and pronouns forms first. Make a chart and practice. Substitute Telugu nouns with English ones in the beginning.

I = Nenu, You = Nuvvu, He = Vaadu/Athanu, She = Aame, We = Manamu/Memu (depends on whether you include the listener into "we"), You (plural) = Meeru, They = Vaaru/Vaallu

Also other pronoun forms - mujhe = naaku/nannu, tujhe = ninnu/neeku and so on

Better make small sentence charts and practice. Verb endings change depending on the Subject. (Doer)
