Does meditation/Samadhi in Hinduism has this kind of formulas? I often see that Hindus say Buddha copied meditation from Hinduism. Does Hinduism has these formulas mentioned in Yoga Sutras? I learned this from Buddhist monk Ajahn Sona and he said the formula works instantly if you can arrange these requirements and you can enter a pleasurable meditation state. 7 factors of Awakening:- 1.
