Prestige Bella Vista : Iyyappanthangal/Porur

Thinking of renting out an 1BHK at prestige vista to be closer to DLF for work. I am currently crashing at my sister’s place at Pallikaranai. I will be moving in alone and the rental is around 30k per month including maintenance for a fully furnished house. Definitely require furnished apartment, I have no furnitures or any such as I recently moved to Chennai. Anyone from the locality here to provide any thoughts about the apartments?

Mumbai to Kochi this weekend, But don’t have a train ticket.

I booked a train ticket a month before and got a waiting list 15. I thought I had more than a month of time, so it would get confirmed. But when I checked it today, I’m still at WL 13.
