I (17M) was with 2 of my friends (16M and 19F) near hiranandani area in kharghar, and were looking for some tshirts to buy from this shop, suddenly, I saw a young girl, maybe around 13 or 14 years of age, distressed, was by herself, just near the shop. She approached the shopkeeper (19 ish), and told him some guy (harasser) was saying her things like "tujhe dekh raha hu mai" and basically harassing her.
