Mangalore after 27 years First time returning to Mangalore after 27 years after living in the states. These are my few observations: 1. Roads have improved a lot. 2. Very little poverty on the streets compared to the 90s 3. People are still very friendly. 4. City is lot cleaner now. 5. Lot of high rises. Price mismatch scam This is third time this is happening with me in super market. (Not in the same one) I went to this newly opened super market to buy things. I was trying to buy refine oil for which the price tag shown in the mart was 147 and during the bill generation it showed 163.
