Suggest a good orthopaedic doctor Hi, I hurt my hips a few months ago while working on hip adductor/ abductor machine. Now my right hip ( it’s more towards the front side of my right hip) hurts sometimes. It’s not flexible to sit cross legged ( charmam padanj irikan) or do squats in some angle.
