US Startup Common Stock Taxation in India Hey folks, I have an opportunity to join a pre seed startup thats established in the US. I'll be working from India. The equity being promised is in terms of common stocks (similar to what founders have). No ESOPs. Does anyone in this community know what the tax implications of this would be for me? Commercial unit rate of electricity in Noida? Rented an independent room in Sector 63, Noida. The owner is charging 12rs/Unit as the electricity rate saying it's a commercial meter. Good Private Center in Gurgaon for Aadhaar Update (+ Preferably Other Gov Docs.)? Pretty much what the title says. Don't mind paying but don't wanna go through the hassle of standing in a govt office queue. I checked the UIDAI website and it seems my Aadhaar Card needs a mandatory biometric update, so I've gotta do that. I'll also update the phone number linked to my Aadhaar Card while I'm at it, and get a PAN card (after which I'll open up a bank account registered under my name as well).
