I dont mean offence but why do people still go to terrace buffet?

Even for 500 a person it has been the most "tasteless" food i got in lucknow. I have been there two times in 5 years. So please someone please tell me if you liked it and i should try it again? Also suggest some good buffet (BBQ has got worse too) Thanks! Edit : I'm not comparing with awadh clarks and all. I'm not a money person. But most people in my college really feel all the paneer dishes were basically tasteless. But of course to each its own....
