Crazy teens This afternoon i saw something crazy while returning back from the office. At GVP Rushikonda in an auto while moving a boy is kissing a girl in public and the girl is in her college dress and the boy is an exact replica of chapri and that girl is also not opposing it. PhD admission criteria Is the PhD criteria mentioned on the site strictly followed or the authority can provide any exception? I have a friend who wants to do PhD but he neither has a masters degree nor does he have above 75 percent in bachelor's. What he has is over 12 years of industry experience and a post graduate diploma (1 year duration; completely online).
