Advice on housing projects Hi, my brother is looking to buy a house in thane. We have looked at a lot of projects but boiled down to a 2bhk in sheth avalon, 3bhk in Kashish Park Iris and 3 bhk in LNT Evara. Sheth Avalon was too noisy given it is road facing otherwise good. The other 2 are under construction projected to finish in 2028. I liked the kashish park one and I can see enough bookings done but it seems to have litigations against it.
