Need Advice: Equity Split for a Key Team Member in a Startup

Hi all, I've come here to look for some honest advice. I'm a startup founder and in a tricky spot on what equity percentage to give to my CTO. Ive consulted a few folks, but thought I would come here to maybe get some new perspectives. Thanks in advance for your responses. Our startup is currently a pre-revenue workflow automation tool with strong leads in logistics, real estate, and tech. We'll likely have our 3 first subscribers this month. There are currently around $30k angel commitments at $10M valuation,...

    Why is the show biased?

Such a basic question, but I stil don't get it. Their motive is to attract viewers, and make profit. Then why do they eliminate contestants that people like before the ones that the public hates? Why drag Eisha along so far? I know she's channel's face and all, but why prefer just one girl over millions of fans of the show? Digvijay brought a lot of fans who tuned in for him, but evicting him in that manner took all of them away. Why can't they just be fair,...

    why this happens

"I am from Kanpur and I took admission in a school called Radhakrishna. Later, I found out that this school tried to convert students to Christianity. The school principal forced us to read the Bible every week and offered fee waivers if we converted to Christianity. When I told my father about this, he said that it was okay to convert if our fees were waived. He said, 'We are not so rich. We earn only 15 thousand rupees a month. What does religion matter? If the fee of...

Santosh Nair's "Bulls, Bears and Other Beasts" offers a fascinating exploration of the Indian stock market, filled with anecdotes, insights, and valuable lessons. Here are five key takeaways from this insightful book: 1⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: The stock market is a marathon, not a sprint. As Nair emphasizes, patience is crucial for long-term success.
