Horrible experience at Tata motors showroom

Took a delivery of a Nexon today and I realised why people keep blaming tata motors for poor customer service. When we came for delivery, the behaviour of the staff was shocking. No one came to attend us, offer any drink or water even after purchasing such an expensive car. The sales executive was more interested in selling car accessories and making more money. Not to add on top of that where 20 something staff (gaurd, cleaner etc) surrounded us before leaving and not letting us leave and asking...
