Does the weather feel hot in Pune?

I have been observing these days that the weather is quite hot nearly 30 degrees throughout the day these days in Pune. Aren't we supposed to have a chilly winter as it was speculated earlier this month? Where's the winter man? Where is the thandi?

Premium for renewal of health insurance

I was trying to renew my Niva Bupa health insurance plan and they quoted a premium of 97k for two years, for 10 lakh coverage. They've bumped up the premium up nearly 100% from the last renewal I did two years ago. Is this common? Is it a reasonable amount? I have claimed twice in the past for emergency surgery.
