Good Private Center in Gurgaon for Aadhaar Update (+ Preferably Other Gov Docs.)?

Pretty much what the title says. Don't mind paying but don't wanna go through the hassle of standing in a govt office queue. I checked the UIDAI website and it seems my Aadhaar Card needs a mandatory biometric update, so I've gotta do that. I'll also update the phone number linked to my Aadhaar Card while I'm at it, and get a PAN card (after which I'll open up a bank account registered under my name as well). As of now, these are the only IDs I'm planning on...

My RSUs just vested recently and the company stock is not performing and is very very volatile. Has anyone had a mold inspection done to their place in Goa?

I'm trying to get someone to come sniff out mold in my apartment because I'm allergic and I'm seeing some growth on old books and stuff.
