    SIP Investing - High Risk

Hello people I am thinking to invest 50% of my MF portfolio into small cap and 50% into Mid cap. I am a long term investor at least 20years horizon I am thinking about. I have observed the returns are greater when held longer. Any thoughts or any suggestions you would like to give me. I am thinking preferably 1. Kotak small cap fund and 2. HDFC emerging mid cap Just FYI I also have significant amount of stocks held across sectors.

SEO Developer Pain: When Clients Don't Get the Importance of Technical SEO

Anyone else feel the pain of explaining to clients that technical SEO isn’t just about keywords and backlinks? It’s all about page speed, structured data, crawlability, and that seemingly endless list of behind-the-scenes fixes. How do you convince clients to prioritize these factors without sounding like a broken record?

Makkale need suggestion for Enrolling My Son in LKG: Kidzee, EuroKids, or CBSE School

Hello makkale, my son will be starting LKG this year, and I'm considering whether to enroll him in Kidzee, EuroKids, or a CBSE school in Velachery. After he completes UKG, I plan to move him to a CBSE school. Given the high student-to-teacher ratio in some schools, do you think it's a good idea to start him in primary school? Also, could you share information on the fee structure for these options?

Looking to buy a new under construction place in Navi Mumbai and beyond for a family of 6 including aging parents. Priorities including security, lesser pollution, open greener spaces for walking.

We are getting gentrified out of Ghatkopar and cannot afford a place here. I am looking at Navi Mumbai - Vashi, Nerul, Seawoods, Belapur, Kharghar and similar areas. The palm beach road looks appealing but so many accidents is a big concern. Navi Mumbaikars, can you please pour in your suggestions Size - 950 to 1200 sqft Budget - Max 3 CR
