Suraj holidays bus scam from Kottayam to Bangalore We took a sleeper bus from Kottayam to Bangalore paying over 6000 rupees. Air conditioning stopped working from Kottayam itself and the staff was not taking responsibility nor changing the bus. The staff was giving bully vibes when passengers asked, saying we can't do anything now. They don't even acknowledge the questions so pretty pointless.
