Help me peeps! I'm losing control and I feel OCD is taking over me! I asked a question about finding an OCD specialist here more than a month ago. I didn't get help because I have no financial aid available for that. I feel like I'm stuck in a cage. I am having constant intrusive thoughts in my mind. I need serious advices. No reassurances. It's hard to live in a state of constant fear of something that is either not possible like rabies, because I'm vaccinated. Or having inappropriate thoughts about someone close to my heart.
