Are Mumbai landlords always cheap no matter where you rent?

It seems to be the case because I've rented from acorss rent ranges now in western suburbs to south of this city. While I do get the cheapness 1bhk landlords display generally -- especially if you're a bachelor (example,, won't tidy up the place before giving it, won't give a basic kitchen, won't care to fix if stuff is already broken, and of course bachelors for them are as good as animals so why care), but what is with the attitude of landlords giving out 2bhk and above homes...

what are some underrated restaurants/cafes in the city with good ambiance

i have only recently started going out alone and was looking for some underrated, non crowded places to eat in chandigarh. i am a sucker for japanese and italian food, so will greatly appreciate if any of you can recommend some place specialized in these two cuisines. thanks!

Do we not need to send physical copies of our documents for a computer number now?

A few months ago, someone posted a PSA saying that sending physical copies of our documents for a computer number wouldn’t be required. Is it true? It’ll be a big relief for sure if it is, because I do not have a physical copy of my 12th pass certificate; only the copy on DigiLocker. It would reduce the headache of getting the documents attested by a gazetted officer too (unsure about this; please let me know) I’ll be grateful for your input.

Pune IT Market is Saturated?

Lately, I've been seeing a lot of new corporate buildings getting inaugurated but even with very reputed workspace providers like SmartWorks and WeWork, offices are mostly vacant. Those occupied are occupied by very small scale companies. Apart from old occupied buildings, most buildings I see around Baner, Balewadi, Hinjewadi are empty. Very few new companies have come in recent years and lot of them seem to have stopped the expansion here.
