Residential property under 40 lacs

I am looking to invest ~40 lacs in a residential property in Gurgaon. It is solely for investment purpose and I don’t plan to live in it. May rent it out. Has to be ready to move in and not under construction. Should be within Gurgaon area (not Sohna or Manesar) but flexible with any sector. Don’t plan to take a loan for it. Not looking for builder floor so it has to be an apartment in a high rise. My question is - are there any such properties?...

Youngsters spreading awareness regarding Road safety.

Kudo to those youngsters spreading awareness. Was given a pamplet by a young girl when I was waiting at signal near MIT. Also saw a few guys on Ferguson College road. The pamplet highlights 4 points. Seatbelts in car, no drinking while driving, keeping away phones while driving and speed limits. Should have added wearing helmets for two-wheelers as well.

This (keeway sr125) looks horrible in person and really made me think how will ever someone decides to put their money on this when it certainly looks like a compilation of a weird parts of various bikes that made by some local mechanic..!! I'm a jee aspirant for 2026. I am geeting 160/300 in mains and 100/360 in advance mock test

I am in very serious confusion and i just want it to be answered. My 11th was decent as i covered full syllabuss except conic section,pnc,binomial and 2 chapters of physical chemistry. 12th is also going very nice but i always doubt that if i will get into iit. My aim is to get AIR<3500. I will complete my backlogs in march holiday but i need proper explanation of how it can be done or it is not possible. (I am studying in unacademy kota offline centre).
