GRAP 3: Is my Ciaz Euro 3 Diesel car allowed when GRAP 3 is invoked? I know that Euro 3 is equivalent to BS3 in the diesel category. But I'm not sure what this means when newspapers talk about GRAP 3 in Delhi NCR - "Use of BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel four-wheelers prohibited". Mine is BS-III diesel, is it allowed or not? Does BS-IV mean "upto BS-IV" are banned? Please help, I need to take my car from Ghaziabad to Agra and then sell it off there.
