Evaluate this idea:government should establish a dedicated bank funded entirely by the collection of challans (penalties) and fines imposed by various government organizations. Individuals who have not paid any fines in the past year — indicating they have not broken any rules—would be eligible for loans from this bank. And also if these individuals later violate rules, their loan interest rates would increase significantly as a penalty. (Why: because India has a shortage of money, and many struggle with getting loans) This encourages citizens to be more responsible.

Why Delhites are usually hyper aggresive? Your thoughts?

This doesn't justify the aggresive or rude behaviour but maybe I believe somewhere explains it. Delhi 7 baar udji aur phir se bani hai, kayi naam badle. Indraprastha, Mehrauli, Qila Rai Pithora, Siri, Tughlaqabad, Jahanpanah, Ferozabad, Dinpanah, Shahjahanabad (Old Delhi), Dhillika, Dilli aur finally Delhi. I have recently been to Bangalore and the hate for Delhi people is quite real. We are infamously known as rude and uncultured. Again, not defending the behaviour. Encountering Creepy Behavior in Trivandrum's Party Scene

The party scene in Trivandrum is disappointing. Last night, my fiancée and I went to a newly launched resto-bar. We’re in our late 20s, and since I was feeling a bit under the weather, I stayed in my chair sipping my drink while she went to dance alone.
