PVR Oscar Film Festival PVR usually keeps coming up with film marathons and festivals. And now they have started this PVR film festival which will go on till 13th March, and to my surprise these titles are releasing at MANY theaters in the tricity. It's actually surprising to see them even releasing niche movies like The Brutalist. So, I guess one should really go and watch these movies so that PVR knows that theres audience for movies in Chandigarh.
