DAV needs to be refurbished from inside out , the system there is just awful . There was a time when some intellectuals of uttrakhand graduated . I'm currently 2nd year , and jab mae apna exam de raha tha to professor ne kaha ki system kharab hh apko bigaad raha hh , and that line is just stuck in my mind .
